Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your store settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period (or of the free trial). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Payment is collected by the app store, which handles refunds: on iPhone, at reportaproblem.apple.com (sign in with your Apple Account, then “Request a refund”); on Android, in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history. In the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal is exercised through this same procedure. Nothing is charged during the free trial.
Does deleting my account stop the subscription?
No. Deleting your account or the app does not stop the subscription: cancel it first in your store settings (see above), then delete your account.
I changed phones: how do I get my logbook back?
If your logbook has an e-mail address, install the app and sign in with the same e-mail: you receive a code and find everything again. Then restore your subscription with Restore purchases. A logbook without e-mail can only be reached from the phone where it was created: add your e-mail from the home screen or the Profile before changing phones.
I did not receive the sign-in code.
Check your spam folder, wait a minute, then tap “Resend the code”. Make sure the e-mail address is spelled correctly.
Reminders do not appear.
Check that notifications are allowed for PeptideScanner in your phone settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb mode is not hiding them. In the app, Reminders shows a quick diagnosis.
Can the app tell me which dose to take?
No. PeptideScanner never recommends a dose: it only records what you enter. Ask a healthcare professional. See the Medical disclaimer.
How do I export or delete my data?
Profile → Export my data (JSON or CSV). To delete: see Delete your account.
