1. Publisher
The PeptideScanner app (the “App”) is published by Rivage Labs, a sole proprietorship (French entrepreneur individuel). Full publisher details are given in the Legal notice.

2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms set out the rules for accessing and using the App. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, you will be informed in the App before it takes effect.
3. What the App does
PeptideScanner is a personal logbook and organizer. It lets you:
- plan and track your protocols (calendar, doses taken or missed, notes);
- log vitamins and supplements as you enter them (amount, form, label content, stock);
- manage vials and pens (reconstitution, remaining amounts);
- convert an amount you enter into a volume and syringe units;
- track your weight over time;
- receive reminders scheduled on your phone;
- read a documentary library about peptides (research stage, studied effects, side effects, contraindications).
The App never recommends a dose, sells no product and links to no seller.
4. Medical disclaimer
PeptideScanner is an information and organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or prescription, and does not replace a healthcare professional.
Some peptides described in the App are not approved as medicines; buying, holding or using them may be prohibited or restricted depending on your country. The library is provided for documentation only and may be incomplete or out of date.
You agree to:
- consult a qualified healthcare professional before any decision about your health;
- check every value you enter or that is calculated before relying on it;
- comply with the laws of your country of residence.
The calculator only converts the values you enter; it does not judge whether a dose is appropriate. Check every result: a typing error gives a wrong result.
In an emergency, call emergency services immediately (911 in the United States, 112 in Europe). The App does not monitor your health and is not designed for emergencies. See also the Medical disclaimer.
5. Your logbook and account
5.1 Who can use the App
The App is reserved for people aged 18 or over. When you start, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you accept these terms.
5.2 Signing in
You can use the App with your e-mail address (you sign in with a one-time code sent by e-mail, no password) or without an e-mail. Without an e-mail, your logbook is saved online but can only be reached from the phone where you created it: if you delete the App or change phones before adding an e-mail, you will lose access to it.
5.3 Security
Keep access to your e-mail inbox and your phone secure. If you suspect unauthorized use of your logbook, contact us without delay.
5.4 Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the App: Profile → Delete my account. Your account and its data are then erased (see the Account deletion page and the Privacy Policy).
6. Subscription
The App offers a single plan that unlocks all its features: a free trial, then a paid subscription, monthly or yearly (indicative prices: $9.99 per month, $34.99 per year, 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers). The price that applies is the one shown by the App Store or Google Play in your currency before you confirm the purchase.
- Purchase: the subscription is bought through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), which collect the payment under their own terms.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. At the end of the free trial, the subscription starts automatically unless you cancel.
- Cancellation: in your Apple or Google account settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Access remains active until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their own procedures: on iPhone, at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, from Google Play (Payments & subscriptions).
- Right of withdrawal: you have the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by European Union consumer law. As the purchase is made with Apple or Google, this right is exercised through the store’s procedure (see “Refunds”). During the free trial nothing is charged: simply cancel before it ends.
- Restore: an active subscription can be restored in the App on a new device signed in to the same Apple or Google account.
Subscribed or not, you can always export your data and delete your account from the App.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its code, design, texts, documentary library, name and logo belong to the publisher. Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App. The data you enter belongs to you.
8. Personal data
How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy. In short: your data is never sold, is used for no advertising and for no artificial-intelligence training, and you can export it (free, at any time) or delete it from the App.
9. Liability
We work to keep the App running smoothly but cannot guarantee permanent availability. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for:
- decisions you make about your health;
- effects related to the use of any substance;
- errors resulting from values entered incorrectly;
- interruptions due to maintenance, the network or force majeure.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.
10. Changes and termination
The publisher may change, suspend or discontinue the App with reasonable notice, except in an emergency. In the event of a serious breach of these terms, the publisher may suspend the logbook concerned.
11. Complaints and consumer mediation
Write to us at contact [at] peptidescanner.app, giving the date of your purchase and the e-mail address of your account: we will reply within 30 days at most. If our reply does not satisfy you, you have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge (articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). You may also bring the matter before the competent court.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers living in the European Union keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
