Delete your account

1. From the app (fastest)

1. Open PeptideScanner and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Type the confirmation word shown (DELETE) and confirm.

Your account and all its data are erased immediately. If you only want to erase your tracking data and keep your account, use Profile → Delete all my data instead. You can export your data first: Profile → Export my data.

2. Without the app

Write to contact [at] peptidescanner.app from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by e-mail.

If your logbook had no e-mail address, we cannot recognize it from a message alone: include the support ID shown in Profile → Support if you still have it.

3. What is deleted

• your account (e-mail address or anonymous identifier);
• your profile and preferences;
• your protocols, doses, notes, feelings, weight, vials, pens and reminders.

Photos and hydration tracking are only stored on your phone: deleting the app erases them.

4. What is kept, and for how long

• technical backup copies: erased automatically within 30 days at most;
• technical server logs (IP address, connections): 90 days at most;
• your support e-mails, if any: 3 years at most after our last exchange.

Payment records are kept by Apple or Google under their own rules.
